Overview
Form: IgG fraction from antisera obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation and DEAE-Sephacel ion-exchange chromatography.
Working Dilution: >1:2000 by indirect ELISA using ALPH-conjugated secondary antibody
Western Blot: At 1:16000 dilution, antisera reacts to 0.75, 0.15, and 0.3 ug catalase and to 1 uL of red blood cell lysate using ALPH conjugated secondary antibody.
IEP: Single arc upon immunoelectrophoresis of red blood cell lysate.
The Catalase immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human erythrocytes.
