There are two orders of cleavage red for sample preparation, cleavage red followed by staining and staining followed by cleavage red, what to choose?

Both sequences of sample preparation can be applied. Cracking red before staining can reduce stray cells and make the specific binding efficiency of antibody and antigen higher; while staining before cracking red can reduce the number of centrifugation, which can retain the cell number to a greater extent, and is more suitable for the samples with small amount of cells or rare samples. In addition, staining before adding red may affect the expression of certain indicators, such as CD122, CD200, CD56, CD183, IGM, etc. These indicators are recommended to be stained before adding red. It is recommended that these indicators be stained first before adding antibodies, the staining effect will be better. Customers can choose the most suitable method according to their own situation.
