IF analysis of HA tag (Green) in HEK293T cells transfected with a mCherry-HA tag. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with HA tag Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab222049) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer for 2 hour at room temperature in the dark. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes and then stained with HA tag Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab222049) at a dilution of 1/500 for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
