  Panax notoginseng is rich in active components such as notoginsenosides and dencichine, exhibiting significant dual regulation of hemostasis and blood circulation promotion, cardiovascular protection, anti-inflammation and analgesia, immune regulation and anti-tumor effects, as well as antioxidant and anti-fatigue functions. Panax notoginseng extracellular vesicles are natural vesicles extracted from its rhizomes, enclosed by a phospholipid bilayer membrane and carrying functional molecules like nucleic acids, proteins, and flavonoids. They show important application values in blood stasis syndrome, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, immune regulation, etc.
