PCNA Mouse mAb (AF647) (Ab219146) - ICC/IF IF analysis of PCNA (Red) in MCF-7 cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature.
