PTAA (polytriarylamine) semiconductor is an organic p-type semiconductor with high hole mobility of 10−3 to 10−2 cm2 V−1 s−1, which can achieve high carrier mobility. It is a stable glassy polymer with good ionization potential for thick film diodes.
We are committed to bringing you greener alternatives that adhere to one or more of the 12 principles of green chemistry. This product is an enabling product for green alternatives and meets the principle of "energy-saving design". The hole transport organic material perfectly matches the energy level arrangement of the absorption layer, thereby achieving efficient charge collection, and it is easily degraded under ambient conditions.
Application
PTAA can be used as a substrate material coating in the manufacture of many hole transport devices (such as perovskite solar cells, polymer light-emitting diodes and organic field-effect transistors).
