The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Flow cytometry analysis of CD31 expression by human peripheral blood monocytes (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD31 Antibody (PerCP-Cy5.5) (Ab232000) at 1μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (PerCP-Cy5.5) (Ab190081). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
