RNA and DNA Away is a non-acidic and non-alkaline, non-corrosive, environmentally friendly, and harmless to human health nucleic acid cleaning agent, which has physicochemical properties very similar to surfactants. Under the joint action of the effective components of the nucleic acid cleaning agent, nucleic acid contamination on the surfaces of instruments, equipment, and laboratory benches is detached from the adsorbed surfaces, further degraded non-enzymatically, and cleared by chain breaking, ultimately achieving complete purification of nucleic acid molecules.
This product is suitable for the removal of nucleic acid contamination in molecular biology laboratories, such as nucleic acid aerosols in space (compatible with both water tank and spray air purifiers), the exterior of nucleic acid amplification instruments, soaking and cleaning of pipettes and consumables contaminated with nucleic acids, as well as laboratory bench surfaces.
Usage Method
Step 1: Press the spray bottle to spray the purification solution onto the nucleic acid contaminated surface (press about 2-3 times).
Step 2: Wipe the surface of the object treated with the purification solution with a clean dry/wet cloth/tissue.
Precautions
1. If this reagent is accidentally sprayed on human skin, simply rinse with water;
2. When the ambient temperature is low, a small amount of precipitation may occur, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use;
3. After soaking and cleaning pipettes or consumables, they need to be cleaned again with unpolluted water to remove residual purification solution.
