IL-4-inhibitor-1 (compound 52) is an IL-4 inhibitor, with an EC 50 of 1.81 µM

In Vitro

IL-4-inhibitor-1 (compound 52) displays low micromolar affinity and exhibits functional disruption of type II IL-4 binding in a cellular context. IL-4-inhibitor-1 (compound 52) exhibits dose-dependent reduction in pSTAT-6 levels with an EC 50 value of 3.1 µM, but did not affect the levels of STAT-6. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
