mCherry is a red fluorescent protein derived from mushroom coral, with maximum excitation/emission wavelengths of 590nm and 620nm respectively. When transfected into cells, it can express red fluorescence and can be used as a control to study the transfection and expression of target genes in mammalian cells.
This product uses N1-Me-Pseudo UTP to replace natural UTP, so as to reduce the immune response of mRNA in mammalian cells and improve the stability of mRNA. In addition, this product mimics mature mRNA with a 5'Cap 1 structure and a 3'poly(A) tail, making it an optimal tool for transfection and expression research.
