Images
Mouse Anti-Human IgG (FITC) (Ab226748) - IF/ICC IF analysis of EpCAM (green) in HT-29 cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Citatuzumab (anti-EpCAM) (Ab209902) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Mouse Anti-Human IgG (FITC) (Ab226748) at a dilution of 1/500 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
Mouse Anti-Human IgG (FITC) (Ab226748) - Flow Cytometry Two-color flow cytometric analysis of IgG expression on viable Human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD19 Antibody (APC) (Ab224677) and either Mouse IgG (FITC) (Ab180307; Left panel) or Mouse Anti-Human IgG (FITC) (Ab226748; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test.
Mouse Anti-Human IgG (FITC) (Ab226748) - Flow Cytometry Flow Cytometry analysis of HT-29 cells labelling EpCAM (red) with Citatuzumab (anti-EpCAM) (Ab209902). Mouse Anti-Human IgG (FITC) (Ab226748) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, Human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
