Overview

Quercetin-3 ' -O-glucoside is a flavonol that can be isolated from quercetin flowers. Quercetin-3 ' -O-glucoside can regulate alloxan-induced hyperglycemia and lipid peroxidation ( LPO ) in rats, and play an anti-diabetic and anti-peroxidation role. Quercetin-3 ' -O-glucoside improves diabetes and tissue lipid peroxidation by virtue of insulin stimulation and / or free radical scavenging properties.
