Two-color flow cytometric analysis of c-Kit expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant c-Kit Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213866; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
