Overview

  This product is a white or light yellow instant granular powder, with main components including Tris, MOPS, EDTA and SDS. Each bag of instant granular powder can be used to prepare 500mL of 1×Tris/MOPS/SDS Electrophoresis Buffer, which contains 50mM Tris, 50mM MOPS, 1mM EDTA and 0.1% SDS.

Operating Procedures

1. Pour approximately 300mL of distilled water into a beaker, then slowly add one bag of Tris/MOPS/SDS Electrophoresis Buffer instant granular powder into it, and stir the solution until the granular powder is completely dissolved.

2. Add distilled water to the solution obtained in Step 1 and dilute to a final volume of 500mL; this is the 1×Tris/MOPS/SDS Electrophoresis Buffer.
