Potent, selective necrosis inhibitor (IC 50 = 3 μM, H 2 O 2 exposed HeLa cells). Reduces oxidative stress-induced necrosis without effecting anticancer drug-induced apoptosis. Inhibits oxidative stress-induced necrotic cell death in vivo.
