Bα-2-3,6-sialidase (BiNanH2), E.C 3.2.1.18, is derived from Bifidobacterium infantis. This enzyme is a specific exo-sialidase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of α2,3- and α2,6-linked sialic acids.
Reaction Equation:
Instructions for Use
1.Add the substrate sequentially to the reaction system, supplement with 5 mM CaCl₂, adjust the pH to 5.0 and mix well, then add an appropriate amount of Sialidase isoenzyme S (0.1 μg enzyme can process 1 μg substrate within 1 hour).
2.Incubate the sample at 37 °C for 2–4 hours or overnight.
Notes
1.Add the substrate sequentially to the reaction system, then add 5 mM MnCl₂ to adjust the pH to 5.0, mix thoroughly, and add an appropriate amount of BiNanH2.
2.Incubate the sample at 37 °C for 2–4 hours or overnight.
