Overview

Product Description
Amphotericin B is a polyene antibiotic produced by Streptomyces nodosus. It actively binds to sterols and induces the formation of micropores, thereby preventing yeast and multicellular fungal contamination in cell culture. Amphotericin B Solution is unstable at room temperature and susceptible to degradation by light, heat and acid, and exerts its strongest antimicrobial activity at pH 6.0-7.5.
Usage Instructions
Use after dilution according to specific experiments. Dissolve and dilute with DMSO.
