Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody was biotinylated then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138270) - Cross-reactivity Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138270) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 0.5 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody was biotinylated then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA. No cross reactivity with Human IgG, Mouse IgG, Goat IgG, Sheep IgG, Rat IgG, Chicken Y and Bovine IgG.
