Overview

PKC|β|Inhibitor is an anilino-monoindolylmaleimide compound that acts as a potent and ATP-competitive inhibitor of PKCβ isozymes (IC|50|= 5 nM and 21 nM for human PKCβII and βI) and displays greater selectivity over PKCα, PKCγ,PKCε (IC|50|= 331 nM, > 1 μM, and 2.8 μM, respectively).
