Overview

Cibenzoline succinate (Cifenline succinate) is the succinate form of Cibenzoline. Cibenzoline succinate is an inhibitor for ATP-sensitive potassium ( KATP ) channel by affecting the pore-forming Kir6.2 subunit with IC 50 of 22.2 µM. Cibenzoline succinate affects insulin secretion and exhibits antiarrhythmic and antidiabetic activities.
