Overview
Denatured Salmon Sperm DNA Solution (10mg/ml) is a salmon sperm DNA solution processed by thermal denaturation, presenting as fragmented form. It can be used for nucleic acid hybridization techniques such as Southern and Northern blotting, but is not suitable for yeast chemical transformation and electroporation. This reagent is only for scientific research purposes and not for clinical diagnosis or other uses.
Precautions:
1. If the usage amount each time is very small, it can be properly aliquoted before use to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
2. The denatured salmon sperm DNA solution is a reagent after mechanical treatment, with small and incomplete DNA fragments.
