Overview

Liensinine is an autophagy/mitochondrial autophagy inhibitor. Liensinine is extracted from the embryo of the lotus seed, a major isoquinoline alkaloid, which exhibits a wide range of biological activities such as anti-arrhythmia, anti-hypertension, anti-pulmonary fibrosis, and vasodilation of vascular smooth muscle.
