Overview

Morpholino A(Bz) subunit can be used in the synthesis of exon jumping oligomer conjugates. The oligomer conjugates complement selected target sites in the human anti-muscular atrophy protein gene and induce exon 51 jumping. It can be used for research of muscular dystrophy.
