UltraBio™ 2× Taq SYBR Green Premix (Universal) is a DNA premix for qPCR reactions utilizing the SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. It employs the antibody-modified hot-start enzyme AK Taq V2 Polymerase, combined with a specially optimized buffer, offering advantages such as high specificity, excellent amplification efficiency, and high detection sensitivity.
This product does not contain ROX reference dye.
Product Advantages
1. A newly developed buffer and hot-start antibody-modified enzyme combination ensures high amplification efficiency and high sensitivity of the system.
2. Specially optimized for the SYBR green dye methodology, significantly improving the system's specificity for sample amplification.
3. Simple and fast amplification – just add primers and template.
Instructions for Use
1. Reaction Setup:
1.1 Thaw, mix thoroughly, and briefly centrifuge all solutions required for the PCR reaction. Keep them at room temperature for use. It is recommended to aliquot PCR reagents to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
1.2 Prepare the PCR reaction system according to the table below:
| Component | Volume / 20 μL Reaction | Volume / 40 μL Reaction | Final Concentration |
| UltraBio™ 2× Taq SYBR Green Premix (Universal) | 10 μL | 20 μL | 1× |
| ROX Reference Dye(50×) | 0.4 | 0.8 | 1× |
| Primer Mix (Forward & Reverse) | 1 μL | 2 μL | / |
| Template DNA | 4 μL | 8 μL | / |
| ddH₂O | To 20 μL | To 40 μL | / |
| Total Volume | 20 μL | 40 μL |
Note 1: The amount of primers and template can be adjusted as needed.
Note 2: ROX Reference Dye (50×) must be purchased separately. Use high or low concentration ROX dye according to the instrument requirements.
1.3 Due to the viscosity of the mix, gently pipette to mix or vortex thoroughly. Briefly centrifuge at room temperature to collect the liquid at the bottom of the tube.
1.4 Place the PCR tubes on a pre-programmed thermal cycler and start the PCR reaction.
Reaction Program:

Note: The reaction conditions can be adjusted based on primer Tm, amplicon length, and instrument requirements.
