To prepare 3-(4,5-dibromo-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-1H-indole, a key intermediate for the synthesis of tubulin inhibitor VERU-111 analogs.
