Do I need an isotype control for all treatment groups, e.g.: 12h group, 24h group?
When testing multiple samples at the same time, only one isotype control needs to be set. However, if multiple experiments are performed, an isotype control needs to be set each time.
Da — when not otherwise indicated, molecular weight units are daltons. Mw — weight-average molecular weight. Mn — number-average molecular weight.
