Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF405) (Ab219268) - IF/ICC IF analysis of Hsp60 (blue) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF405) (Ab219268) at a dilution of 1/1000 in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C in the dark. Cells were counterstained with PI (red). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Blue - Mouse IgG (AF405) (Ab190076). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
