A natural isothiocyanate. Induces expression of phase II detoxification enzymes, including quinone reductase and glutathione S-transferase. Inhibits expression of Cdk2, Cdk4, and Cdk6 proteins in vivo, inducing cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis.
