RNase, DNase and DNA Away is a non-acidic and non-alkaline, non-corrosive, environmentally friendly, and harmless cleaning agent for nucleases and DNA, with physicochemical properties very similar to surfactants. Under the joint action of the effective components of RNase, DNase and DNA Away, both nuclease and DNA contamination on the surfaces of instruments, equipment, and laboratory benches are detached from the adsorbed surfaces, further degraded non-enzymatically, and cleared by chain breaking, ultimately achieving complete purification.
This product is suitable for the removal of nucleic acid and nuclease contamination on the surfaces of objects in molecular biology laboratories, such as biological safety cabinets, laminar flow hoods, the exterior of nucleic acid amplification instruments, pipettes, and the exterior of nucleic acid extraction instruments.
Usage Method
Step 1: Remove the blue safety clip from the spray handle, press the spray bottle to spray RNase, DNase and DNA Away onto the contaminated surface (press about 3-5 times), and wait for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: Wipe the surface of the object treated with RNase, DNase and DNA Away with a clean dry/wet cloth or tissue.
Precautions
1. If this reagent is accidentally sprayed on human skin, simply rinse with water.
2. When the ambient temperature is low, a small amount of precipitation may occur, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use.
3. After cleaning pipettes or consumables, they need to be cleaned again with unpolluted water to remove residual RNase, DNase and DNA Away.
4. When spraying RNase, DNase and DNA Away, the laminar flow hood or biological safety cabinet should be turned off.
