Overview
Tris-NaCl-Tween Buffer, abbreviated as TNT Buffer, is a commonly used buffer in molecular biology and hybridization experiments. It mainly consists of 100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1.5 M NaCl, and 0.5% Tween. The product is prepared through strict sterilization by filtration with a 0.45 μm pore size membrane. This product is a 10× concentrated solution; after filtration sterilization, it only needs to be diluted to the working concentration with sterile distilled water or deionized water before use. Operating Steps: 1. Dilute to 1× with distilled water or deionized water. 2. Use the diluted buffer for washing as required by the experiment. Precautions: 1. After opening the reagent, use it as soon as possible to avoid affecting the results of subsequent experiments. 2. This product is limited to scientific research use by professional personnel. It shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, nor for food or pharmaceuticals, and shall not be stored in ordinary residential premises. 3. This product does not contain highly toxic substances; however, for your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
