9- (methylamine methyl) anthracene (MAMA) was used as a model drug to study the effect of enzymatic degradation on the release behavior of MAMA by UV-vis spectroscopy. It can be used as a sensitive reagent for the determination of isocyanate in air by HPLC ultraviolet method or fluorescence method.
