3,4-Dihydroxybenzylamine hydrobromide (NSC 263475 hydrobromide) is an improved dopamine analog cytotoxic and inhibits DNA polymerase activity inmelanoma cells. 3,4-Dihydroxybenzylamine hydrobromide(NSC 263475 hydrobromide) displaysgrowth inhibitory activity in melanoma cell lines with varying degrees of tyrosinase activity.
