This preservative-free cell staining buffer, containing no Proclin 300, sodium azide, or other preservatives, is designed for cell washing, concentration adjustment, and antibody dilution in flow cytometry. Formulated with PBS and BSA to minimize non-specific binding and enhance staining specificity, it is suitable for preservative-sensitive cell systems and long-term live-cell imaging. All solutions are sterile-filtered and quality-controlled. Unopened, it is stable for one year at 2-8°C; after opening, short-term use under aseptic conditions is recommended. For long-term storage, sub-aliquot and store at -20°C.
