This product is designed for the preservation of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in fresh blood at room temperature, meeting the needs for sample collection, preservation, and room-temperature transportation in various scenarios such as field sampling and operating rooms. It is a non-denaturing solution that effectively protects the integrity of cfDNA molecules by inhibiting nuclease activity, without altering the natural structure of biological macromolecules.

Product Features

• Easy to Use: Simply mix fresh blood directly with the preservation solution. No need for liquid nitrogen, dry ice, or -80°C ultra-low temperature equipment, making it suitable for rapid, large-scale sample collection in clinical and field settings.
• Long-Term Stability: Stably preserves cfDNA in blood for up to 15 days at 4–25°C.
• Broad Applicability: Suitable for cfDNA extraction; the obtained samples can be used in molecular biology experiments such as PCR and qPCR.

Instructions

1. Add 1 mL of Cell-Free DNA Preservation Solution to 10 mL of fresh blood sample and mix thoroughly.
2. Store the sample protected from light at 4–25°C.
3. Proceed with sample processing using a standard cfDNA extraction method.
