Overview

DBCO-acid GMP is a GMP grade DBCO-acid. DBCO-acid is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of ADC linker DBCO-NHS ester, and agent-linker conjugates DBCO-PEG-MMAE. DBCO-acid is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
