Enantioselective synthesis of polyketide segments using vinylogous Mukaiyama aldol reactions. Enantioselective Diels-Alder cycloadditions after its reaction with allo-threonine derivatives. Stereoselective alkylative ring opening of cyclic anhydrides. Cross-metathesis reaction of amino derivatives with olefins. Asymmetric acetate aldol reactions.
