Overview

This product is a buffer specifically designed for the elution of antibodies from Protein A, Protein G, and Protein A/G purification columns. Its low-pH environment (pH 2.5-3.0) effectively disrupts the high-affinity interaction between Protein A/G and the Fc region of IgG antibodies, thereby dissociating the antibodies from the column matrix and achieving efficient elution. This buffer is suitable for purifying polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies derived from various species, such as human, rabbit, mouse, rat, and others. The specific method of use may vary depending on the purification tool employed.
