IFN-γ Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab191775) - Flow Cytometry Expression of IFN-γ by stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocyte cells (PBMC). Human PBMC were stimulated for 5 hours with PMA (50 ng/ml) plus ionomycin (1 μg/mL) and brefeldin A (3 μg/mL) for 2 hours. The PBMC were stained with CD3 Mouse mAb (AF647) (Ab189663), fixed with 2% PFA for 30 minutes, permeabilized with 0.5% triton X-100 for 30 minutes, then subsequently stained with 0.1 µg of IFN-γ Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab191775; Right panel). Unstimulated Human PBMC were used as control (Left panel).
