Aladdin Biochem Deutschland GmbH is the German subsidiary of the internationally active Aladdin Scientific Group. We provide high-end research reagents, with a focus on chemical research reagents, for laboratories, research institutions, universities, and R&D customers. For our site in Büren, Germany, we are looking for a full-time QA Specialist to support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and documentation processes for our German and European operations.
This role focuses on regulatory compliance, quality documentation, product release support, document review, batch and label checks, and support for occasional quality deviations or customer quality issues.
The QA Specialist will support compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including GMP, GDP, REACH, CLP, hazardous goods regulations, internal SOPs, and other applicable German and European requirements.
This role works closely with headquarters quality teams, warehouse, customer service, product, procurement, and management teams.
Salary: €3,800–€5,200 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Working hours are Monday to Friday during daytime, 40 hours per week. This is an on-site position in Büren, Germany.
Skills Required
Experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, chemical compliance, pharmaceutical quality, laboratory quality, logistics quality, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of GMP, GDP, REACH, CLP, hazardous goods regulations, SDS, COA, labeling, batch documentation, or product compliance is a strong advantage. Understanding of quality documentation, SOPs, deviation handling, complaint support, and internal compliance checks. Ability to review product documents, labels, certificates, safety information, and related quality records carefully. Experience with chemical research reagents, laboratory reagents, or regulated products is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility. German language skills at least B1/B2; higher proficiency is preferred. Basic English communication skills are required. Chinese language skills are a plus. A careful, structured, compliant, and team-oriented working style is expected.
