Cell staining buffer is required for the cell staining process; Fixed rupture solution for intracellular indicator detection is required for intracellular indicator detection, and fixed rupture solution for intranuclear indicator detection is required for intranuclear indicator detection; Dead cell dyes are also used for flow-through assays on tissue samples such as tumors.
