Aladdin's Kisser's Mounting Medium (Kisser's Mounting Medium) is a water-based sealing solution prepared according to the classic Kisser method, which can be used for conventional sealing of various sections, smears, etc. The main active ingredients in this Kisser sealing solution are gelatin and glycerin. The sealing solution contains a small amount of phenol, which can ensure that the sealing solution can be stably stored at room temperature for a long time, and also ensure the stability of the sealing sample. Precautions： Kisser's Mounting Medium solidifies at low temperature. Thaw it completely at 37-50℃ prior to use.Kisser's Mounting Medium contains a small amount of phenol. Please be careful when handling the reagent and take effective measures to avoid inhalation and direct contact with skin or eyes.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation. Instructions for Use： 1. For Adherent cells:a. After staining and washing, remove and discard the wash solution.b. Add one drop of Kisser's Mounting Medium on the glass slide, cover with a coverslip with adherent cells allowing cells contact with the medium, and avoid the formation of air bubbles.c. Examine cells by a microscopy. 2. For tissue sections:d. After staining and washing, remove and discard the wash solution.e. Add one drop of Kisser's Mounting Medium onto the tissue section on a glass slide, cover with a coverslip and avoid the formation of air bubbles.f. Examine cells by a microscopy.3. For other samples:Refer to the methods described for either adherent cell samples or tissue sections.
