Overview

Precautions：

If turbidity or precipitation occurs in this product at low temperatures, the solution can be heated appropriately for dissolution and mixed well before use.During the operation, if the membrane is placed in a container, it is necessary to ensure that the sample side of the membrane is facing upwards. We recommend using ’s WB Special Tweezers (12cm, pointed flat head) for picking up and placing the membrane. Do not touch the sample area when handling the membrane.After the completion of the first blotting, do not allow the membrane dry out. Otherwise, it will be much more difficult to remove the labeled probes.Avoid RNase contamination during operation. Wear a disposable mask when using this product and minimize its exposure to air. After use, the lid should be immediately covered and tightened.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.

Instructions for Use：

1.Wash the nylon membrane with TE (Tris-EDTA buffer, DNase/RNase-free) or SSC (2X) for ~5 minutes, then discard all the liquid.2.Preheat the Northern Blot Stripping Solution at 60℃.3.Transfer the membrane to an appropriate container (e.g., hybridization tube or bag), add an appropriate amount of Stripping Solution, and incubate at 60℃ for 60 minutes. Gentle shaking is recommended to remove the bound probe more efficiently.4.Take the nylon membrane and wash it with TE (Tris-EDTA buffer, DNase/RNase-free) or SSC (2X) for ~5 minutes, then discard all the liquid.5.The stripped membrane can be hybridized again subsequently, or stored at 4℃ temporarily in an appropriate amount of TE (Tris-EDTA buffer, DNase/RNase-free) or SSC (2X), or stored at room temperature for a longer period of time after drying.
