Ovalbumin (OVA) is a member of the serine protease inhibitor superfamily and the major glycoprotein in egg white. It is a commonly used antigen in immunological and biochemical research, and a known allergen in models of respiratory hyperreactivity.
This product mimics mature mRNA with a 5'Cap 1 structure and a 3'poly(A) tail, enabling efficient expression both in vivo and in vitro.
