The pre stained protein two-color marker (10-250 kDa) consists of 11 protein bands, including two reference bands of 70 kDa and 25 kDa that bind red dye; It can be used to monitor the protein separation in the process of electrophoresis and the membrane transfer efficiency in Western blot experiments, as well as to judge the molecular weight of the target protein. Under different electrophoresis buffer conditions, each band indicated molecular weight ( kDa ).

Instruction:
1.Place it at room temperature for several minutes before adding the sample, shake it gently after thawing to ensure that the solution is mixed evenly ;
2.Appropriate volume was added to the gel pores, and the recommended dosage was as follows : 0.75 ~ 1.0 mm gel, 5 μL / well ; 1.5 mm gel, 10 μL / well. The amount of sample can also be appropriately reduced according to the situation.
Matters needing attention:
1. this product can be used directly without heating and boiling; 2. the product can be stored at -20 ℃ after subpackaging to avoid repeated freeze-thaw and pollution; 3. in different gel and buffer systems, the mobility of pre stained proteins will be different, which can be corrected according to the molecular weight standard of non pre stained proteins and used normally according to the corrected results
