Recombinant Ly-6A/E (Sca-1) Antibody (AF555) (Ab303902) - Flow Cytometry 

Flow cytometry analysis of Ly-6A/E (Sca-1) expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Mouse Fc Receptor Blocking Solution Plus (M1374079). The cells were then stained with Recombinant Ly-6A/E (Sca-1) Antibody (AF555) (Ab303902) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Rat IgG (AF555) (Ab211666).
