Two-color flow cytometric analysis of Ly-6G/Ly-6C expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then  stained with CD45R Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab191667) and either Rat IgG (AF555) (Ab211666; Left panel) or Recombinant Ly-6G/Ly-6C Antibody (AF555) (Ab213958; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test.
