Overview

Zinc Protoporphyrin (Zn(II)-protoporphyrin IX) is a competitive inhibitor of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and markedly attenuates the protective effects of Phloroglucinol (PG) against H2O2, and has anti-cancer activity.
