Potent and highly selective CRF 2 antagonist (K i values are 0.66, 0.62 and 425 nM at CRF 2α, CRF 2β and CRF 1 , respectively). Inhibits sauvagine-stimulated cAMP accumulation in hCRF 2α - and hCRF 2β -expressing cells in vitro .
