10,000 U/ml Penicillin, 10 mg/ml Streptomycin and 25 ug/ml Amphotericin B when reconstituted in 20 ml sterile dH2O. Aseptic, gamma-irradiated, tested for tissue culture.

Application

Antibiotic antifungal solution has been used for:
As a supplement for different types of cell culture media.
As a component of sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS), it is used to prevent contamination of periodontal ligament fibroblast (PDLF) tissues isolated and cultured in experiments.
As a component of the preservation solution, it is used to preserve tracheal segments for experimental research
