1. ELECTROPHORETIC PURITY:

2. PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES: Recommended conditions of use are at pH 7.4 and up to 25°C.
3. STORAGE AND USE CONDITIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS: The enzyme is supplied as an ammonium sulphate suspension containing 0.5 mg/mL BSA and should be stored at 4°C. For assay, this enzyme should be diluted in 100 mM Tris.HCl buffer, pH 7.4 containing 1 mg/mL BSA. Swirl to mix the enzyme suspension immediately prior to use.
